Zohaib Ali, Founder and Managing Partner at Alyon Leisure, leads commercial strategy, developer partnerships, and operating performance across the company’s entertainment and leisure portfolio, with a focus on revenue growth and sustainable venue performance.

Zohaib has driven the launch and growth of major entertainment concepts including Flip Out UAE, Xstrike, Woo-Hoo, and City Challenge, while negotiating and securing partnerships with leading developers and destination malls in prime retail and mixed-use developments across the UAE.

Zohaib co-founded Immersive Experiences, playing a leading role in platform structuring, concept rollout, project execution, and operating model design across a multi-venue portfolio of flagship leisure projects.

Zohaib’s broader business experience extends across diverse verticals, including trading, real estate, and finance, giving him a broad-based perspective on business growth and value creation.

He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Finance from Indiana University.

Sameer Ali, Founder and Managing Partner at Alyon Leisure, brings over a decade of experience conceptualizing, building, and operating large-format entertainment & leisure venues across the UAE and GCC.

He has led the development and launch of multiple category-defining, large-scale leisure concepts in the UAE and the MENA region, including Flip Out Trampoline Arenas, Xstrike, Woo-Hoo, and City Challenge – the world’s first Manchester City Football Club-branded interactive venue experience. His industry expertise spans trampoline parks, combat simulation, immersive technology & gamification, indoor adventure, VR/AR and edutainment formats.

Sameer co-founded Immersive Experiences, the region’s first dedicated entertainment and leisure investment fund, where he oversaw platform strategy, IP development, franchising structures, and venue-level monetization frameworks across flagship venues in the UAE.

A graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, he began his career in investment banking, advising on technology transactions exceeding US$3.5 billion in aggregate value.
